Biography

Janet H. Winningham has served as a director since 2002. Ms. Winningham has been a practicing attorney for over forty years and is currently in private practice, concentrating in real estate finance, construction and commercial leasing. Ms. Winningham received her law degree from Loyola University of Chicago and her Bachelor’s degree from DePauw University. She serves as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Ms. Winningham provides the board of directors with invaluable legal, real estate, finance and management experience. Ms. Carstensen is the first cousin of Ms. Winningham’s husband.
